Section 1 — Eligibility and Age Requirements

For those aged 21 and above only

Age Requirement

To open an account on the 77ba platform and use any gaming or betting services, the user must be at least 21 years of age. The age information provided at the time of account registration must be true and accurate.

In cases of doubt, 77ba may at any time request a government-issued identity document (national ID card, passport, or driving licence) as proof of age. Failure to provide proof will result in the account being temporarily suspended.

Personal Eligibility

Anyone wishing to register with 77ba must meet the following conditions:

  • The applicant must be an adult (21 years of age or older).
  • The applicant must be mentally capable and of sound judgement.
  • The user must operate the account in their own name and for their own benefit; operating an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
  • Each individual may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Section 2 — Account Registration and Management

Registration Process

When registering an account with 77ba, the user must provide accurate and complete personal information. Providing false or incorrect information may result in the account being closed at any time and any funds in the account being forfeited.

Account Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their account password and login details completely confidential. Account details must not be shared with any third party. If unauthorised access to the account occurs, the 77ba support team must be notified immediately.

  • Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
  • It is recommended that you change your password regularly.
  • Withdrawal access may be limited until the identity verification (KYC) process is completed.

One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name or from the same device will result in all accounts being permanently closed and all bonuses and winnings being cancelled.

Section 3 — Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

Accepted Payment Methods

77ba currently supports the following payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer: Direct transfer from any scheduled bank in the country

Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

  • Minimum Deposit Amount: ৳500 (per method)
  • Minimum Withdrawal Amount: ৳1,000
  • Withdrawal Processing Time: Generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes

Withdrawal Conditions

Before requesting a withdrawal, the user must meet the following conditions:

  • The identity verification (KYC) process must be completed.
  • If any bonus has been received against the deposited amount, the wagering requirement set for that bonus must be fulfilled.
  • Withdrawal funds will only be sent via the method used at the time of deposit — they will not be sent to a third-party account.
  • In the case of suspicious transactions, 77ba reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for further verification.
Warning: Using a third-party payment account for deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be permanently closed.

Section 4 — Bonuses and Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To use this bonus, the total bonus amount must be wagered 10 (ten) times (wagering requirement 10x).

Example: If someone deposits ৳1,000 and receives ৳1,000 as a bonus, they will be eligible to withdraw after placing a total of ৳10,000 in bets.

General Rules for Using Bonuses

  • Bonuses may only be used within the 77ba platform.
  • Each bonus will have a specific validity period — unused bonuses will be automatically cancelled after expiry.
  • Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.
  • Withdrawals cannot be made directly without first fulfilling the bonus wagering requirement.
  • If an unusual betting pattern is detected on any account, 77ba reserves the right to cancel the bonus.

VIP Cashback Program

77ba's VIP program has three tiers. Weekly cashback applies at each tier:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
  • Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
  • Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Users can advance to a higher tier through regular active play. The specific terms and rules of VIP cashback are subject to change, and 77ba reserves the right to amend them at any time.

Section 5 — Gameplay and Betting Rules

Fair Play Policy

77ba believes in fair play. Our games are operated using neutral and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that every outcome is completely random and not predetermined.

Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are clearly displayed when the game loads. 77ba reserves the right to change the betting limits for any specific user at any time, particularly if an unusual betting pattern is detected.

Technical Issues

If a technical fault (server outage, disconnection, etc.) occurs during gameplay, 77ba will determine the outcome by reviewing technical records. In the event of any dispute arising from a technical fault, 77ba's decision will be considered final.

Special Rules for Cricket Betting

The following rules apply when betting on international cricket events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments:

  • If a match is cancelled or abandoned before the scheduled time, the bet will be voided and the original stake will be refunded.
  • If the result is determined by the Duckworth-Lewis (D/L) method, it will be treated as the final result.
  • Odds displayed in live betting may change at any time.

Section 6 — Prohibited Activities

Please Note: Involvement in any of the activities listed below will result in the permanent closure of the account, forfeiture of deposited funds and bonuses, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

List of Strictly Prohibited Activities

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
  • Exploiting technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage (bots, automated software, or hacking).
  • Operating an account using a false identity or someone else's identity.
  • Conducting transactions using a third-party payment account.
  • Engaging in dishonest or fraudulent behaviour towards other users.
  • Abusing the bonus system — such as claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or device.
  • Threatening, harassing, or behaving abusively towards other users.

Account closure by the user
